Very clever from “MJ The Michael Jackson Musical”.

They not want to start something. So there is no show tonight after last night’s show had two performers with an undisclosed illness.

Their ad says “unrelated to COVID.” Uh huh. But as I wrote earlier today last night the lead adult actor who plays Michael, Myles Frost, didn’t return from Act 1. After the intermission, his understudy continued. Before the show, five other liners replaced the sick cast members.

Maybe Patti Lupone’s toilet can explain all of this to us!

“MJ” didn’t have a show scheduled for December 31st, so they’ll be back on New Years Day.

Also, “Moulin Rouge” comes out tonight.

Here’s the insert from last night’s Playbill before Frost froze
