Maestro Harold Rosenbaum and the singers of Canticum Novum perform choral movements by Bach at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church

The Canticum Novum Singers, Harold Rosenbaum, Conductor and Artistic Director, will perform all choral movements from JS Bach’s Cantatas 98-106 on Sunday, May 15 at 3:00 p.m., with accompanying pianist Huizi Zhang at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church , 68 Bedford Road in Katonah, Westchester, NY.

This will be the seventh event in the first of two concert seasons of JS Bach cantatas, all of which will be presented by The Canticum Novum Singers and The New York Virtuoso Singers. The 2021-22 final presentation will be June 11 – The New York Virtuoso Singers – Cantatas 1-12 with Miles Walter, piano.

The Canticum Novum Singers are now in their 49th season under the direction of their founder, Harold Rosenbaum. The choir has achieved national and international recognition for its stylistic versatility, vocal blending and expressive range.
