Rome Phrey Publishing and Warner Chappell Music (WCM) Nashville signed a publishing contract with the singer / songwriter Elvie shane. The Wheelhouse / BMG Records the artist’s first single, “My Boy” is currently # 1 on the Billboard Country Airplay and Country Aircheck tables. Shane’s first full album, Recidivist, is expected on October 29.

Multi-platinum singer-songwriter Ally Brooke has joined a worldwide administrative editing agreement with Latin American Division of Warner Chappell Music (WCM). She is currently preparing her first Spanish single / video, “Mi Musica” (October 22), and an upcoming all-Spanish album.

Country duo LOCASH, Preston Brust and Chris Lucas, have extended their global co-publishing agreement with BBR Music Group/BMG‘s Wheelhouse Records, represented by Red light management.

“Getting to know and work alongside Preston [Brust] and Chris [Lucas] over the past three years has only strengthened our confidence in them as brilliant music creators. The duo also wrote hits for other artists, including Keith Urban’s “You Gonna Fly” and Tim McGraw’s “Truck Yeah”. They are currently on tour, with stops until the end of the year including the Tortuga Music Festival (Fort Lauderdale, Fla., November 14) and the National Finals Rodeo (Las Vegas, NV, December 3).

Tank media announced a new exclusive songwriting deal with Scottish artist and songwriter Emeli Sandé. Known mostly for her rise in popularity in the UK with chart-topping singles such as “Heaven” which peaked at No. 2 on the UK official charts in 2011, Sande’s contract includes her upcoming album and future work. .

In 2012, she broke into the United States with her single “Next To Me”, which reached No. 1 on the Billboard Dance Club Songs Chart. Warner Chappell Music signed producer and songwriter Toddla T to a worldwide publishing contract. Best known for his 11-year tenure at BBC Radio 1 and Radio 1Xtra, where he hosted weekly shows, he was also successful in the charts as a producer.
