Trump testimony LIVE – Donald faced questions under oath TODAY on video after Jon Stewart’s comments on the ex-president

DONALD Trump answered questions in a lawsuit underway today.

Former President Trump has reportedly given videotaped testimony to a case “brought by protesters about his security team’s efforts to quell a protest in the early days of his first presidential campaign in 2015,” according to Fox News.

The protest at the heart of the lawsuit took place on September 3, 2015 and was in response to Trump’s comments about Mexico and Mexican immigrants.

A number of protesters say they were assaulted as the protest broke up and have sued Trump, the Trump Organization, its 2016 campaign, and security officials.

The deposition came after comedian Jon Stewart criticized Trump’s media coverage.

“I think we’re making a mistake in focusing all of this on Donald Trump, like he’s Magneto and an incredible supervillain who changed the nature and temperature of America,” Stewart told CNN.

“He’s just been an efficient vessel, but he doesn’t sing new songs. I think it’s a mistake to focus everything on this individual.”

Twitter “wields a degree of power and control over political discourse in this country that is immeasurable, historically unprecedented and deeply dangerous for opening up democratic debate,” Trump’s lawyers said in a filing.

  • TRUMP’S FEAR OF ‘LIABILITY’

Some Republicans have said Trump’s insistent claims that the November 2020 election was rigged reduced the GOP’s turnout, giving Democrats control of the U.S. Senate.
